So do you know what do bicycles and quarantine have in common? 🤷♀️ Nothing! Except, since we have all been "recommended" to stay home, I've actually been able to ride my bike more. 🚴♀️ Only, riding my bike or even going for a walk isn't the same as it used to be. Now, we have to wear a mask and keep our distance from people. Wearing a mask is no fun. It's a little hard to breathe (especially if you forget to brush your teeth🤢), tickles your nose, and can even block your vision. I'm constantly pulling my mask down, it seems to keep riding up over my eyes. Also, when your out your have to dodge people because we have to keep our distance. It's funny to see people coming up to each other and jumping into the street just to stay away from each other. What a weird time we're living in.
My family and I have actually been spending some time outside lately. My brother and I ride our bikes and my parents jog with us. It feels good going outside after being shut in all day. We've been wearing our masks while out but when no one is around we slip them down on our chin. 😷 My mom says she's suffocating when she pulls it up, especially when she's running. 😆
