Is Disney Reopening?

As you may or may not know, Disney has decided to reopen Downtown Disney in California and Disney World in Florida. I ADORE Disney but I'm not sure if I like the idea of it reopening. Obliviously, I would totally go if there was no coronavirus but there is one and we are still in the middle of the pandemic. We are already seeing so many surges from all of the gathering that has been going on for the last month or so. It's not hard to imagine that opening places like Disney World and Downtown Disney aren't going to help slow down the spread. Besides, I don't think going to those places would even be fun right now. I wouldn't want to be out in the hot sun wearing a mask. You can hardly breathe with those things on and if your wearing any type of glasses then you can't see! Then you have to social distance which means goodbye to saying hi to the characters. Part of the fun of Disney is meeting, hugging and taking pictures with all of the characters. What about the parade's and the shows? I'm sure those won't be happening for a while. What kind of Disney experience is that?

Disney has always been my favorite thing in the world ever since I was a baby. I was so sad to see it close but understood why it had to happen. As much as I want Disney to be open and as much as I want to be there I think that Disney should wait longer before reopening. Not only for the safety of the people but also to be able to maintain the true Disney experience.
