It's My Birthday!

It's my birthday! It's my birthday! Today, I am officially 10 years old! I am so excited to finally be turning double digits! Unfortunately, my birthday is during the pandemic so the big party we were going to have is no longer happening, but I am able to see my grandparents on my special day. We all quarantine ourselves for two weeks. My Uncle Mark who works at Costco, (technically, he's a front line worker) dropped off a piñata at my front porch! Thanks Uncle Mark! It was a Disney Princess themed piñata and it was star shaped.

I have a lot I want to do today. First, I'm going to go outside and break my piñata with my family. I'm sure there is going to be something absolutely delicious inside. Next, I am going eat my grandma's famous pancakes. The third thing that I am going to do is open some presents. My family from all around has sent me gifts and cards weeks before today. The fourth thing that I am going to do is talk with my family and friends. Some of them I haven't talked to since March! Finally, I am going to end the day with cake, ice cream and root beer floats. My parents always said I could try a root beer float when I turned 10. Well, today is the day and I can't wait!
